Xiaomi will launch the Redmi Note 11 series for global markets with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor sometime in the first quarter of 2022. Chinese technology giant has launched Redmi Note 11 5G series consisting of Redmi Note 11 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 11 Pro + 5G back in October in China, and recently the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 4G phone. All four existing Redmi Note 11 series devices are powered by MediaTek processors. Now, new information from the leaker ThePixel, reveals that the upcoming Redmi Note 11 4G Global variant will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor.

A report from ThePixel further claims that the upcoming Redmi Note 11 4G Global variant will sell for around $199 with basic 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of memory. It is said that the Redmi Note 11 4G Global variant will also be sold in other memory configurations such as 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. However, the report did not reveal the prices of other variants.

The report also suggests that the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note series device will be cheaper compared to the upcoming Xiaomi Realme 9i. For those unfamiliar, the upcoming Realme 9i is also equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The Realme 9i could also offer a triple 50MP rear camera and a 90Hz refresh rate screen with Full HD + resolution, reports MySmartPrice.
Earlier, ThePixel reported that the upcoming Redmi Note series device will have a different design language compared to its Chinese counterpart. The new report repeats the same, but does not reveal more details. Unfortunately, so far only this much is known about the upcoming Redmi phone.
