Halo Infinite arrives simultaneously on PC and Xbox consoles in December, and 343 Industries has now released details on the exclusive features that PC gamers will receive upon game release.
Halo Infinite comes with support for ultra-wide and super ultra-wide displays. Features such as FOV sliders, dynamic resolution adjustment, off-set weapon model controls and more also arrive on the PC version of the game.
Hosting will be available on locally assigned servers, and any other computers or consoles connected to the local network will be able to connect to LAN groups. The previously announced support for ray-tracing is still planned after the game’s release, and is being developed in partnership with AMD.
The development studio has also worked to reduce the entry lag for Halo Infinite, and is being promoted as one of the lowest in the industry, for a better mouse and keyboard gaming experience. Integration with Steam and Discord social features has also been confirmed, while Razer Chroma RGB support will run unique lighting depending on what’s going on in the game.
