Cheesecake is one of my favorites sweets. I used to make it every week and loved every time I eat it. This is the best cheesecake recipe and I found it is very easy to make.

Classic PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Recipe Ingreadians
- 500 gr PHILADELPHIA cheese
- 750 gr Sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 and 3/4 Cup of Graham crumbs
- 100 gr Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Half tsp Cinnamon Powder

Cheesecake Instruction, Preparation Steps
While you are making a crust, preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix Graham crumbs, Butter, and Cinnamon Powder to make a thin crust on the bottom of the non-stick baking pan or non-stick 9-inch springform pan.
Beat Cheesecake Ingreadians
- Beat PHILADELPHIA cream cheese and eggs until gets creamy (for 5 min) then
- Add sugar and then mix in …
- Sour cream, Vanilla extract, beating on low to hight speed after each ingreadians until is nicely blended.
Bake Cheesecake in Oven
Bake it at 350F for 30 min tops! or until the center of the cheesecake is almost set. Cool before removing the rim of the pan. In my case, I used a non-stick baking pan. Refrigerate for 5 hours or leave it overnight.

Cheesecake Topings
After the cheesecake is cool and settled you can add some fruit toppings. Fresh Strawberries are my favorites (cut strawberries in thin layers) or any fresh fruits you like. Mixed frozen berries could be an option.
The most important part is NOT to over-bake the cheesecake. If it seems that is not done, Believe me, it is!
