Let Somebody Go Song by Coldplay and Selena Gomez
The rock group “Coldplay” recorded a song with the American singer Selena Gomez, in order to bring their music closer to the younger generations.
The ballad “Let Somebody Go” will be on the band’s ninth album “Music Of The Spheres”, which will be released on October 15.
The frontman of the group, Chris Martin, according to a source for the newspaper “San”, has always been a big fan of Selena, and this cooperation is “a dream come true”.
He wrote a ballad for her, which they recorded together in April, and the paper states that they already have plans for a special live performance on the occasion of the band’s album promotion.
“Selena Gomez is very popular among young people, so the group hopes that this cooperation will succeed in attracting fans among future generations as well,” the source states.
The new Let Somebody Go single comes after the collaboration with the South Korean band “Bangtan Boys”, with the song My Universe which debuted on the 3rd place in the top list of singles on Friday.
Meanwhile, Selena was working on her fourth solo album.
