In the film, Channing Tatum is portrayed as a military ranger assigned to care for a fallen soldier’s militarily trained dog. Its mission is to transport dogs across the country to attend a military funeral. But things go wrong when it turns out that the dog is an emotionally unstable “demon”.
Channing Tatum is co-directing the film with Magic Mike producer and screenwriter Reid Caroline. The supporting cast includes Jane Adams, Kevin Nash, Q’orianka Kilcher, Ethan Suplee, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Nicole LaLiberte, Luke Forbes, Ronnie Gene Blevins and Bill Burr.
The plot of the Dog movie
Military Ranger Briggs (Channing Tatum) and his Belgian friend Malinois, Lulu, rush down the Pacific coast to arrive in time to catch the funeral of their best friend and leader.
