Netflix has released the first trailer for Don’t Look Up, a comedy with sci-fi elements, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Dr. Randall Mindy and Jennifer Lawrence as Kate Dibiasky. Apart from them, the movie also stars many other Hollywood stars, such as Meryl Streep as President Janie Orlean, Timothée Chalamet as Quentin, Jonah Hill as Jason Orlean, Cate Blanchett as Brie Evantee, Tyler Perry as Jack Bremmer, Ariana Grande as Riley Bina, Ron Perlman as Colonel Ben Drask, musician Kid Cudi as DJ Chello and Matthew Perry. Don’t Look Up Movie Plot
Jennifer Lawrence is entrusted with the role of Kate Dibiasky, an astronomy student, who, together with her professor Dr. Randall Mindy (DiCaprio), discovers that a large comet orbits within our solar system. According to their calculations, it will almost certainly fall to Earth, but it seems that humanity is not upset about that. For that reason, Dibiasky and Dr. Randall Mindy are embarking on a media campaign, in order to convince people to just look up and recognize the danger that threatens them. They even reach the White House, but neither the authorities nor the general public are ready to take their warning seriously.
When will Don’t Look Up be on Netflix
Don’t Look Up Netflix movie will have its premiere on December 10, after which it will be shown in a limited number of cinemas. The movie will be available on Netflix from December 24, 2021.
