In 2015, Honda opened a new chapter in the crossover adventure scooter segment, with the launch of its X-ADV. It now seems that the Japanese giant will try to leave the same impression in the segment of medium-sized scooters, with a model that is called ADV 350.
Such a name appears in the official documents that “Motorrad” magazine found in Germany. They confirm the existence of a motorcycle/scooter called the ADV 350.
The name ADV 350 was protected by Honda in the middle of summer this year, and although there are no indications when the arrival of the new model awaits us, it seems that we will not wait long for that. Namely, the EICMA salon is around the corner, and scooters of this size are extremely popular on the Old Continent. That is why we should not be surprised if the premiere of this model is at the end of November in Milan.
In terms of style, the new model could look like the ADV 150, a two-wheeler present on the Asian market. When it comes to specifications, they should not differ much from what the Forza 350 currently offers. That means about 180-200 kg of weight, about 28 hp and 30 Nm of torque. As the Forze engine already meets Euro5 emission standards, there is no reason for Honda to spend extra money on the development of a new unit.

As for the price, we can only guess how much the ADV 350 could cost. My guess for the price is around $8,000 and up.

For all the answers, we should wait for the EICMA salon in November, when we will know if the ADV 350 will be among the premieres. And then we’ll know more about the US market but should be sometimes in early 2022.
