Although Apple has only recently introduced the iPhone 13, rumors about its successor are already circulating.
Among the latest information about the future iPhone 14 is that Apple will also offer it in a version with 2TB of memory. This means that currently the maximum memory will be doubled next year.
With the arrival of the iPhone 13 this year, Apple has doubled the memory compared to the previous model, and it is now 1TB for the Pro and Pro Max models.
Which models will be available with 2TB of memory is not specified yet, but it is also believed that they will be the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14Pro Max models. In addition, the capacity of other models on offer will be increased from 512GB to 1TB of memory.
The reasons why Apple is increasing the memory have not been revealed, but it is suspected that at least one of them is a new camera. For example, at least 256GB of memory is required for this year’s iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models, in order to be able to record ProRes clips in 4K resolution at 30 fps. The 128GB version is limited to 1080p 30 fps ProRes clips.
Camera specs are still unknown will have to wait a little bit longer to know more about the new iPhone 14 phones.

The iPhone 13 series was announced on September 14, 2021, with pre-orders opening on September 17, and the release date was September 24. I know it is too early to speculate what is the release date for iPhone 14, but it should be about the same time next year September 2022.
