On the occasion of the New Year, Koenigsegg posted a teaser picture on Facebook, which apparently shows their new hypercar.
The Swedish car manufacturer also wrote this: “Dear 2022, here is our New Year’s resolution – More top performance through smart engineering and optimal design. Here we go!”
The teaser image shows a darkened figure of Koenigseg, but it is not yet known what exactly it is.
Therefore, there have been speculations that it may be a new hypercar, especially bearing in mind the fact that 2022 will mark the 20th anniversary of the first delivery of the CC8S model, the first production Koenigsegg supercar.
In that case, a new hypercar could be made in honor of that anniversary, but that has not been officially confirmed yet.
