Volvo has announced that it will include a special Black Edition edition in the S60 sedan range this spring.
The emphasis is on darkened design elements that are responsible for the more sinister look.
The edition is limited to only 450 copies for the 2022 model year, and is available for the mild-hybrid S60 Momentum and R-Design packages, as well as for the plug-in hybrid S60 Recharge.
The Black Edition includes 19-inch alloy wheels in glossy black, a high-gloss black grille, black glass frames, black Volvo rear markings and tinted exhaust pipes.
The S60 Black Edition will be available in only two colors, namely Onyx Black Metallic and Crystal White Metallic.
Developed specifically for the US market, the S60 Black Edition was conceived at Volvo’s American design studio in California and will be made at Volvo’s factory in South Carolina.
2022 Volvo S60 Black Edition cost
There will be only 450 Volvo S60 Black Edition vehicle manufactured and prices will start around $40,000.

The new 2022 Volvo S60 Black Edition will go on sale in the sometimes in April 2022.
