We have been waiting for the hot hatch variant of the Toyota Corolla for a long time and the latest teaser image announces its arrival
The new 2023 Toyota GR Corolla hatchback will be taken care of by Gazoo Racing, and according to some media, we can expect its arrival late next year or in the beginning of 2023, at least as far as North America is concerned, where it will compete with models such as Honda Civic Type R and Subaru WRX STI.

The new GR Corolla hatchback 2023 should get the same 1.6-liter three-cylinder turbo engine as the GR Yaris, but the GR Corolla should have more power. Some media previously wrote that it could be 219 kW / 298 hp.
Also, the GR Corolla will feature four-wheel drive, 6-speed manual transmission, aero body kit, fender extensions, modified bumpers, rear diffuser, rear roof spoiler, a set of new alloy wheels, modified suspension, wider track wheels, stronger brakes, sports exhaust system with two exhaust pipes and tidy interior with sports seats, leather steering wheel and sports pedals.
