In just three years, Jaguar is switching completely to the production of electric cars, and now it has presented probably the latest refresh of the XE and XF models with SUS engines, which received a slight hybrid assistance.
The XE and XF have received the 300 Sport version in Europe, and the larger model is also available as a Sportbrake station wagon. The heart of these three models is the two-liter turbo gasoline from the Ingenium family of 300hp, which in a mild hybrid specification produces 400Nm of maximum torque.
The XE 300 Sport accelerates from 0-100km / h in 5.9 seconds and the XF Sport in 6.1 seconds as it is heavier than a compact sedan. The maximum speed of both models is limited to 250km / h, and power is transmitted to all wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Jaguar will sell refreshed models with 20-inch wheels in several types of design and finishing. The body can have a standard or metallic paint, including new variants of gray and silver. Both models have metal pedals and gear levers.
Like other Jaguars, these models have integrated Amazon Alexa voice command technology, which is part of the Pivi Pro multimedia system. Those who already own these models can get software upgrades online.
