The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gets a new DLC. The next gen version of the popular game was recently postponed to next year, and CD Project Red has finally stated more precisely that it will come in the second quarter. In translation, a new version of the third Witcher for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles is coming in the next seven months, and with it a new DLC.
But it seems that this DLC will not be as big and important as Heart of Stone or Blood of Wine. The two expansions brought together almost 100 hours of gameplay, but the announced new DLC is probably more cosmetic in nature than some new mission package. On Twitter, the developers announced that the DLC will be free and “inspired” by Netflix’s serial adaptation of the game. We’ll probably get some new weapons, suits for Geralt and (maybe) smaller quests. However, details have not yet been provided.

For now, we can only guess and wait for the new next-gen version of the game and that is early in 2022. Cost of the game is expected to be around $20.
