But, since Halloween is at the door, we will help you check out all the new horror series that you “must watch” and choose something for yourself.
“Midnight Mass”
Mike Flangan has already proven himself as a master of horror, and “Midnight Mass” is his new project that has delighted both critics and audiences. While this mini-series might turn out to be a bit “narrative” for the average horror fan, it brings new life to the worn-out premise and it seems almost unbelievable that many haven’t linked religion to a horror theme that has been with us as long as the horror genre.
Basically, a young priest comes to a fishing town, after which a series of bizarre events begins. Perfect material for the patient and careful, and Hamish Linklater has proven to be a versatile actor who, after this series, could finally get the more demanding engagements he definitely deserves.

“Black Summer”
The staging of Stephen King’s novels is sometimes up to par and sometimes not, but in one it is infallible. Namely, when a famous writer is so thrilled that he decides to share his enthusiasm on social networks, you know that you must not miss it.
That’s exactly what happened with another zombie series that King described in these words: “Just when you think there’s nothing left in the zombie theme that can scare you, THIS appears. An existential hell in the suburbs, stripped to the bone.” You already have two seasons of the series, so enjoy.

“Resident Evil Infinite Darkness”
Resident Evil is experiencing a new boom, and instead of games and an upcoming film, there is this animated series. Yes, it’s about zombies again (or in this case infected), but fans might find enough material to have fun. At least for a while.

“Them”
Amazon’s horror drama follows an African-American family who moves to North Carolina in the 1950s, during the Second Great Migration, and finds a new home in a Los Angeles neighborhood where only whites live.
Their idyllic family life slowly transforms after they realize that an evil force lives in the neighborhood that persecutes them and wants to destroy them.

“The Walking Dead: World Beyond”
This spin-off series, set in Nebraska, is ten years after the zombie apocalypse and follows four teenagers who are the first generation to grow up in this disturbed world. Some of them will become heroes, some villains, but this experience will change each of them forever. If you are not fed up with the living dead, this is the right thing for you.

“Chucky”
The cult film series “Children’s Game” Chucky has finally got its series on SyFy, and is designed as a sequel to the seventh film “Cult of Chucky”. If you are not familiar with the content, it is an evil doll that always ends up in the wrong hands and starts to terrorize everyone around it. Very “trash”, but at the same time very fun.

Lisa is coming to Los Angeles and has one goal, to direct her first film. But after she is betrayed by someone she trusted, things go downhill and her dream turns into a nightmare.
In that nightmare are zombies, mercenaries, supernatural kittens and a mysterious tattoo master who loves swear words. Lisa has to deal with her past to get a living head out of it all. By the way, this is the work of Nicholas J. Antosco who is behind the acclaimed horror series “Channel Zero”.

“American Horror Stories”
If at one point you got completely lost in this series and you no longer know how many seasons there are or what it’s all about, don’t worry – you’re not the only one.
However, this spin off will be easier to follow because it is an anthology series in which each episode has a different story. Critics aren’t thrilled, and you probably won’t be thrilled with every episode, but there’s still enough content to entertain true horror fans.
