The official trailer for “Suspicion” has been released, a new series of crime thrillers for Apple TV Plus, which originates from the executive producers of the films “Homeland” and “The Americans”.
Kill Bill star Uma Thurman plays a prominent American media mogul whose 21-year-old son was abducted. Meanwhile on the other side of the world, five ordinary British citizens have been accused of orchestrating the abduction. Now seen as the main suspects, these five foreigners must unite to clear their names – unless, of course, they know more than they say.
Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory), Georgina Campbell (Krypton), Elizabeth Henstridge (Agents of SHIELD), Elyes Gabel (Scorpion) and Tom Rhys Harries (White Lines) play the five accused kidnappers. Other members of the cast are Noah Emmerich, Angel Coulby and Charlie Carter.
The original Apple series is based on the acclaimed Israeli drama “False Flag”.
