A new tv series The Wheel Of Time produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon Studios. The story is set in the Third Age, and these are novels from The Point of Time, which contains 14 books. The writer is Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson who completed the last three books.
Filming began in September 2019, then stopped in March 2020. It continued in September 2020, only to be interrupted again in early November.
So the last two episodes were filmed in early 2021 and ended sometime around April. The places where The Wheel Of Time tv series was filmed are Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia.
The first season comes out in November 2021 and will have 8 episodes. The duration of the episodes is about 1 hour.
The Wheel Of Time season 2 started filming on July 20, 2021. It will also contain 8 episodes. 8 seasons are planned for the entire series.
